Thursday, January 29th - Saturday, March 7th, 2026

This 6 week session provides members with a 1 pound or 2 pound share of frost-sweetened spinach leaves each week during the depths of winter when good greens are hard to find. Members may also opt-in for weekly bread and soup as part of the subscription.

Pick Up in the Farm Stand: Thursdays 3pm-7pm, Fridays, 9am-7pm, or Saturdays 9am-7pm.

*Add-ons are for the duration of the entire CSA. No opting in and out of add-ons on a weekly basis.

Bread Add-On by Bird Dog Baking

  • 1 loaf of Ypsi Sourdough each week, 6 loaves total

  • Pick up in the Farm Stand during designated times listed above

  • Breads will be delivered fresh Thursday mornings, we recommend picking up on Thursdays for the freshest experience if you opt into the bread-add on

Soup Add-On by Chef Maggie

  • 1 quart of seasonal soup each week, 6 soups total

  • Pick up in the Farm Stand during designated times listed above

  • Soups made with primarily GTFC vegetables

  • Soups are vegetarian, other dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated


Possible Weather-Dependent Makeup Dates: March 12th - 14th & March 19th - 21st, 2026

The Winter Spinach Club distribution schedule is weather-dependent. In the case that a week is missed due to freezing temperatures that prevent the spinach from thawing out for harvest, we will add a week to the end of the session as long as the weather permits. Bread and soup add-ons will also be postponed in accordance with the spinach harvest schedule.
